Pensions
When you retire and or reach preservation age, you can access your superannuation benefit as a lump sum or as a pension. A superannuation pension is also known as an income stream and can be started within your SMSF. You may also be eligible to start accessing your superannuation benefit whilst still working. You can start a transition to retirement pension (TRP), provided you have reached your preservation age.
